Awareness Technologies Web Watcher Not As Advertised Yet No Refund Westport Connecticut
They advertise "App Usage" monitoring. After 6 hours and two technicians, the installation was complete. No app usage. I was told all they could do was oprovide a list of apps installed.
Not even close to app USAGE. I pointed our that was the primary reason I purchased and asked for a refund. They have refused.
