bought a new inspected and reputable scooter from a large e-bay compny with no negitive feed back and over 2500 positive feed back.Scooter arrived 3 days late from a promised delivery date, severe damage in carte due to scooter coming loose, wiring hanging down, broken plastic parts. Scooter ran for 1/2 a block and stopped. Battrey is dead and will not charge. Company tech support said buy a new battrey @ $70.00 Company refuses to seend replacement scooter or parts. Scooter has a 30 day warranty............

Warranties are like people they are only as good as the Company.

These people are rude, do not follow through, lie, cheat and do whatever it takes to sell this crap in the U.S.

Note scooter also comes with KLm on the speedo no MPH that is against the laww to sell anything in the us with out a correct MPH speedo.

This is a good example for those who are looking to buy stuff from outside of the country via the Internet. Buyer beware!

The company is selling products on Ebay (I assume from the original post), and it is valid regardless where the company is located as long as the company has a U.S. bank account (as far as I know of). The OP said that the products were bought from a Chinese company, which I assume that it either has a branch in the U.S. or it directly sends/ships items from China.

Note scooter also comes with KLm on the speedo no MPH that is against the law to sell anything in the us with out a correct MPH speedo It is NOT ILLEGAL to sell a product with Kilometer mileage on speedometer on the Internet even though it may be illegal to sell in a shop in the U.S. This is very unclear information from the OP about product description on the Internet when bought. A common sense, a few countries (including the U.S.) use Mile because the rest of the world is using Kilometer. The product is from China which uses Kilometer.
