Complaint Review: Awesome Auger - SAS Group

This company has only an automated system which doesn't allow you to ask any questions and doesn't disclose full price of your order. When you complain they offer only the price of the merchandise (small amount) while trying to retain the P&H (much greater amount). I reported them to BBB, FTC, and my bank. I am also going to report them to the state AG. I will receive a full refund, because their business practices are deceptive and I know the law protects me. Anyone who has an issue with them should follow these steps. If you used a cc (credit card) anything over 50.00 is protected by the Fair CC Act. Issue a complaint with your bank and they will return the money to your acct. (temporarily) while they investgate your claim. I anticipate a full refund at the end of the investigation.
