In the months of June, July and August of 2012, Axcel Construction, who is owned by Alex Celis and operates under Pacifica Companies, enlisted the services of our company, 3 in 1 Bathtub and Kitchen Refinishing, to complete several refinishing jobs at various addresses where Axcel Construction was hired to do some reconstruction services.  3 in 1 was hired to do the refinishing work.

Since the work was completed, I am disappointed to say that Axcel Construction never bothered to fulfill his payment responsibilities to 3 in 1.  Numerous telephone calls were made, emails were sent, and other exhaustive measures have been taken just so we can receive payment for the work we completed.

Phone calls and emails to Mr. Celis confirmed that the work we performed was extremely acceptable and there were no complaints.  We have had to go to the lengths of going to court to file a claim against Axcel Construction which 3 in 1 did win and were granted over $2,000 in remaining past due amounts and court costs.  Unfortunately, Axcel Construction still has not paid.

Axcel Construction should not be allowed to do business when he lies to his vendors about payment.  3 in 1 is a small business in the Chula Vista area, just like Axcel Construction.  It is disappointment that someone like this is allowed to conduct business in this manner to a point where they "stiff" their vendors.  We did a great job for Axcel Construction and in turn, they have treated us poorly.  WE HAVE OFFERED A PAYMENT PLAN, WE HAVE SPENT ENDLESS TIME ON THE PHONE TALKING TO THEM ABOUT PAYMENT, WE HAVE SENT EMAILS AND MADE ENDLESS ATTEMPTS TO WORK WITH THEM JUST TO OBTAIN PAYMENT.  ALL OF OUR EFFORTS HAVE GONE UNAPPRECIATED AND UNNOTICED.

We just want to be paid.  We do not feel this is asking too much.  An apology would be nice but not expected.  This is a horrible company to deal with and we don't plan on doing business with them again in the future.
