I enrolled in the criminal justice program at Axia online in 9/05. I made sure that financial aid would cover all costs because as a single parent,I couldn't afford to take out loans. Mid-way thru the 3rd block of classes, I started receiving loan statements. I tried endlessly to contact my financial advisor, with no success.

After being shuffled around between academic and financial advisors/ counselors, I became very frustrated. I realized something was wrong if the university couldn't keep employees.

In 05-06, I took the necessary steps to withdraw temporarily for a much needed break and when I tried to re-enter, found out they switched my program of study to business.

I recently withdrew and need to find someone who can help me with these federal student loans I never signed, approved, or authorized!
