Complaint Review: Axin Financial - Leasecomm - E-commerce Exchange

I have been wanting to tell a lot of people about this company for 3 years now. Back in 2000, I looked into the company that was hiring coupon booklet for sale.

I spent $1,800.00 to get started. Everything was fine until I started to need the Nurit Credit card machine. It was a $69.95 charge a month to my account. They were going to do this lease for 2 years and the credit card machine would be mine. NOT! I had called to cancel the lease and they stated that if you didn't turn in the document canceling the lease then you are obligated to pay the full lease term.

I recieved no such document, and when I asked for them to mail me one they said they would. I called 5 times reporting that I never recieved the document and to please send me one. They never arrived. So I decided to stop paying the $69.95 out of my account. The trouble began again. Trevor Cross called to see what the problem was when I stopped payment.

I expressed to him the several phone conversations with the people to cancel the lease and he stated that it was a non-cancelable lease. When I said that I wanted it to stop. He called me a stupid HILLBILLY, and asked who was the person from Axin that came to my house and twisted my arm until I signed the lease document. Then he proceeded to call me the B----, and hung up on me. When I called him back to tell him how unprofessional he was he hung up on me again. This is what I had to go through.

Then they proceeded to end me letters tacking on hundreds of dollars every month I didn't pay. I finally just wanted everything over with. So I had to borrow money from my family and pay them off. I am out over $5000.00 from this companies RIPOFF behavior. I even turned them in to the better business bereau, and they did nothing to my satisfaction. For the rest of you out there with this or similar to this problem I know how frustrated and angry you feel and wish for this company to be put out of business.
