Axin Financial lied, misled, and did not deliver services. a ripoff Irvine California
I am writing this on behalf of my fiance. Over a year ago, she went to a national grants seminar, and signed up with Axin Financial for products and services she's never recieved. I only found out about this recently, and I'm pissed. I told her to cancel her bank account to stop their automatic withdrawls. They have called repeatedly, and sent out several threatening letters.
The funny thing is, when I asked what she is getting, she isn't even quite sure! no website, no product, no software, no help, etc...
Looking for Advice and information on how their operation works, or to join a class action lawsuit. Also wondering to what extent to these people try and collect on their money? Do these clowns actually threaten lawsuits?
