This company is a bunch of fraud committing liars. We attended a seminar for Unim LLC who was supposed to set us up in an online business. Towards the end of the high pressure seminar we were told we had to have a merchants account to process payments on our site. We were skimmed through the vague details then given a contract to sign. I was told I WOULD NOT be charged anything until my website was up and running to my satisfaction. I NEVER had a website, NEVER signed a contract with Axin financial and have been charged ever since by all sorts of thieves!

Axin has stolen $39.95 from my bank account since August 2002. After calling them repeatedly, they finally sent me a nasty letter with a copy of a contract I allegedly signed and agreed to. I did not sign my name to it and it is forged on there in 4 different places! It doesn't even look like my signature! This company has called my house and left nasty messages on my machine (which I will take to court when I sue them)and invaded my privacy by commenting on my credit report. Also they called me several names on the phone and said "you owe you owe you owe'.

I am going to an attorney ASAP and filing against these filthy frauds and forgers. I would love to join in with others and file a class action lawsuit against them and put both Axin and Unim out of business!

Report Your Problem to the Better Business Bureau

#3Consumer Comment

The Better Business Bureau takes complaints against any business whether that business is a member or not. They also keep a file and can therefore warn other consumers of any type of unscrupulous and bad behaviors on the part of the business. They may, also, be able to help you resolve your complaint.

Since, I am researching this company--Unim LLC- (at least, I think it may be the same one)and have just done a search at the Better Business Bureau seeking any information they had on this company--which, by the way, they say they do not have enough information about to offer a recommendation regarding--I would appreciate your filing your complaint with the Better Business Bureau so that they can compile a report, rather than you just posting your negative experience, and using angry language.
