I have been a customer of Axiology Aesthetics for 4 years (formally NuU MedSpa).  I purchased an array of services, laser hair removal, dysport, photo facials, chemical peels, and restylane and received a $500 gift card for Christmas which I have not redeem.  All the services listed were not used, according to my records, the following are unused services which are; 4 sessions of hair removal (bikini and underarms), 2 areas for dysport (forhead and between brows), 3 photo facials, 11 chemical peels, and 3 syranges of restylane.  I had an appoinment for hair removal and my appt was cancelled.  I was told they would call me back to reschedule.  After not hearing from anyone I called back and got voice mail with the following message; "having phone issues and will call you back".  Now the phone is disconnected.  I tried calling the corporate office in Nevada and got a voicemail as well.  I left my name, telephone number, and purpose for my call and no call back.  Axiology took thousands of dollars from me for services that I have not even used.  My last purchase was in January 2011 in which I purchased 4 areas of dysport.  I should have seen the red flag then because it took 6 months to get an appt for the dysport.  My appts were constantly cancelled and was told out of product.  6 months later, I got the service but guess what it didnt work.  I am so MAD that a company would take someone's money and not provide the services that were purchased.  I am beside myself and speechless.  For all those individuals who were taken by Axiology, we should join forces together and suit the company for paid services not rendered.
