Complaint Review: AXSYS NATIONA BANK - Fingerhut

I was a customer of Fingerhut. I would make payments by having AXSYS automatically deduct from my checking account. They would deduct the wrong amounts on the wrong dates and if I would cancel a payment or change a payment date, they would deduct anyway and I would get charged by my bank.

I received a high interest rate and ridiculous late fees even though my payments were made on time. Eventually, somehow my account balance was over 1,000. I got a call from a rude person at AXSYS telling me if I did not pay over the phone, she would sue me the next day. She would not let me speak to her supervisor.

She was rude and insulted me repeatedly. She would not give me a number to speak with the manager. I called information and AXSYS is NOT even in the phone book. They claim to be a real bank but if so, then why are they NOT listed? I will NEVER shop at Fingerhut again.
They are dishonest, incompetent and do not in my opinion seem to do business in a legal and professional manner.
