Complaint Review: Axxia Translation

Axxia Translation Delayed or Non-Payment by Axxia Translation Company Westminster Colorado

This is specifically for Lee Sanchez and Osmar Paz of Axxia.

It's my first time to work for Axxia Translations and after waiting for so long for payment, I searched the internet  for complaints against Axxia and that led me to this site. After working for a project, they gave me another one, and another one. Three projects in all. My invoices will total up to $1700+...

Lee Sanchez (I think the head for finance department) told me that my invoices will be paid on May 31st, 2013. Although I know they are due May 27th (45 days as agreed), I just waited patiently. Well, it's June 3 now (June 2 to some), and I don't have the money or pay check yet.

Same thing to Jett, after I sent the translation for the last file, I never heard from Osmar Paz. No updates about the payment as well. I keep sending emails but they won't respond. I was also in contact with Marta Ramos, Lee Sanchez, and Osmar Paz.

No messages from them.. No payment yet... Really disappointing and frustrating... Not a very good company on my opinion.. I never had problems on invoices with other agencies or companies.

Still waiting for the $1700+ payment from Axxia. I don't want to disturb my lawyer just for this issue.

Axxia Paid after Collections

Axxia Translations has now paid in full for the pending invoices I have with them. Payment was agreed 45 days after the delivery of work. And they paid 2 months after the 45-day agreement WITH THE HELP OF THE COLLECTION AGENCY I WAS IN CONTACT WITH. Paid in full now.

Axxia Translations Making the Payments

This is Manuel O****, the author of the original report of this thread. Axxia Translations has promised now to make the payment. All the posts that were written are by far true, but if they make the payment, all the posts done here will be NULL AND VOID and they will be considered as a reliable translation company.

They are not ripoff, scam, or whatever. They are a company who fulfill their promises to their workers.

For Pemex - Axxia Translations review: Not Responding after completing Translation

Lee Sanchez of Axxia Translations told me this (copy pasted):

"Please you dot have the right to report AXXIA, I never tell you that i not going to pay you ,but now you have to wait till my legal department contact me in reference of your complain and see what are we going to do with you legally."

Blah, blah, blah! Lame excuses. But until now no payment was made. And no response from them. No update about the status of the payment. Is Pemex paying Axxia? How are they related? But whatever it is, I am not yet paid until now. Have waited for so long now. They owe me $1711...

Not a good experience with Axxia. And if they won't pay me, I will file a new report about scamming or using unpaid translators!!!

Axxia Translation Only Delayed Payment NOT non-Payment so far...

I was able to talk to someone who worked for Axxia Technical Translations before. He said they paid him everything but sometimes with a delay of no more than a week after 45 days of sending the invoice.. This guy worked for Axxia Translation last 2011.

My original post was Non-Payment OR Delayed payment... I am not accusing Axxia Translation of Non-Payment... There is a big "OR" there, to tell that the issue is not yet over. I was just worried of not getting paid  because this is the first time I had a problem with my invoices on a translation company or agency.

I am still waiting for the payment by Axxia Technical Translation.

Sorry for the inconvenience I put you through. I've known that reports here cannot be deleted.

I WILL UPDATE THIS ONCE PAYMENT IS DONE BY AXXIA TRANSLATION.

It's proven now! Many of my projects before were paid by Axxia. But recently, in the recent past months, they no longer paid.

I believed them before that my work was rejected. But not this time! The last file I sent them was worth $1500... It was accepted. Nobody told me it was rejected. They didn't even send me a proofread version or corrections for my mistakes.

They won't respond to messages for months. Now Marta Ramos sent me a message saying they won't pay me. If it was rejected, they should have told me within 3 days after sending the translation. That is the usual procedure. Now, here they come, saying they won't pay me. What a lame excuse!!!

And even the work is absolutely accepted, they still don't have the plan to pay. One translator found out that I was working for Axxia. He sent me an email and he was asking about payments. He said, Lee Sanchez promised to pay him on May 31st, 2013... But until now they don't send him messages and no payment was done.

Before, when the invoice is just about $500 to $800, they paid it. But when it reaches $1000, they make ways to deduct the amount. There were times they deducted my salary for 50% due to "bad quality"... The next one was not paid...as in 0%...

AXXIA is now a SCAMMER!!! NON-PAYER!!! USES UNPAID TRANSLATORS!!! PEMEX SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS!!!

DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!! VERY BAD CLIENT!
