AY Transport - Premier Moving Fraud Ripoff Theft San Jose California
AY Transport stole nearly $6,000.00 worth of my belongings and damaged a great deal more.
They refuse to return my phone calls or requests for documentation for my insurance claim.
National Moving Network is the company that brokered this job to AY Transport and is at least culpable for this mess I'm in. They underestimated the weight we would be shipping. After we told them they underestimated the weight they told us not to worry because AY would just adjust the weight up later. What they did not tell us is that AY would also raise the rate .17 cents per pound.
The owner of AY Transport should be arrested, jailed and then deported to whatever rats nest of a country he is from. The only thing I hate worse than a criminal is a foreign criminal ripping off Americans.
Why hasn't the FBI done something about these scumbags? Why hasn't the INS gone after this foreign criminal victimizing Americans?

Dear Matthew,
Today, Tuesday, Jan 8th, I submitted paperwork to the State of NJ to open a company. I chose Premier Moving, forgetting to check if others exist in different states. So far, by my understanding, there is one in MI and another in the Los Angeles area. I am terribly sorry to hear about your loss and how these people ripped you off. I contacted my lawyer and he notified me that changing the name now would cost me a few hundred dollars - and this is another cost I don't need. I am in NO WAY related to any of the other two Premier Moving companies. If you could please remove your complaint or note that it is NOT the NJ company I would greatly appreciate it.

Matthew, they will not pass on your insuracne claim even if you got it to them. Here is their insurance agent and policy number for their Cargo insurance. You'll probably have to do some tooth-pulling to get the name of the actual agent handling their policy, but don't back off. You have 90 days in which to file a claim. Hopefully that date has not passed yet.
