Aylmer Financial Group They took advantage of a desperate situation and got $1260 from me Wilmington Delaware
On 2/25 I received a call from Daniel Mossland from Aylmer Financial saying he received my application and that i was approved for my loan amount. Due to my bad credit history, I had to put up the first 4 months of payments to receive the loan. I have heard of putting money up front for insurance purposes, but i was still skeptical.
I did a lot of research on this company and found nothing negative about them. I called surrounding locations checking to see if anybody knew if this company existed where they said they were. No one told me yes or no, so i went out on a limb and took a chance.
I went to my local moneygram to send the $1260 plus a $70 fee to send it. I told Daniel i wanted to send it within the USA because i heard of a lot of scams in the UK and Nigeria. He gave me Manhattan, NY to a name of William Carl Marriner, which is obviously is a fake name. I did my part and my money was going to arrive by certified check in 48 hours. Then I called back vey concerned about how the check would arrive.
Daniel told me that the check would come FEDEX and i would need to sign for it, which is fine. I asked for a tracking number and thata when I knew I was in a lot of trouble. He said that they didn't give him one. Anyone who has ever used FEDEX knows that they always supply a tracking number. Then he called me back and said that they wanted to know the contents of the package, so due to privacy issues they would send it regular mail. Just another false statement.
Today on the internet I finally saw something about them on the internet and unfortunately it was someone who got taken as well. After reading the reports I called Daniel and told him of these reports. At first he was very standoffish, then when he knew i knew he began with the profanity and showed his true colors, even disrespecting my family.
I'm sorry to anyone who has had this happened to them, but we can not let this go away. If there is anything we can do to recover our money and our humility, then we should. Praying on innocent families is not right and thats what they are doing.
