Complaint Review: Aylon Technologies

We received a bill from Alyon Technologies for internet access to an adult content website to the tune of $210. This is not a site that anyone in my home has accessed, furthermore, no one was even home the dates and times that this site was "allegedly" accessed.

Alyon's customer service operator claimed that someone in my house had to have accessed the site and clicked the accept button. They obtain the billing information from the phone company not from filling out a web form. I know that these charges are fraudulent as they sent the bill in my husbands name and to our old address. The phone bill is in my name and the address of record the day that these charges were incurred was not what they sent it to!

These people are praying on web users and those who don't know NOT to pay them. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and disputing these charges.

I was shocked to see that so many other people have been victimzed by these criminals.
