Complaint Review: W C Richardson

Came home from being out of the country on mission trip for over one year and upon getting my mail discovered unknown bill to me from unknown company. Have not had access to internet for over 9 months and was in area without any power for internet. Had never been in touch with any such company for their services which they are falsely billing me for. There needs to be a federal investigation into this company for whatever they are doing! Everyone should write to their congressman and ask that they have this investigated. W c woodstock, Georgia
