Complaint Review: AYR1

AYR1 Far From what I paid over $10,000.00 For Sudbury Internet

I am very upset with AYR1.com. From start to finish the enitre process has been a sham. First my salesman was very upfront and very true to his word.

However, when my website was sent to design it was then that the mess happened. I gave them colors, examples and everything that they asked me for only to have the designer say that he thought this is what I should go with instead.

Then when I finally got him to use what I designed (it took me 4 hours) He then said that I was due some money back. They never gave money back because they said that they did what I intructed.

They did not. They were supposed to design and do all that for me. I had to do it. They also then turned around and what I bought for over $10,000.00 and $300.00 a month, they sold to people for only $300.00 a month. It is outrageous. They are a scam if there ever was one. I did some checking around and they charge whatever they feel for the same stuff to everyone!! There is no true price! They are SCAMMERS.

There service is also horrible. I pay $300.00 a month for service that they now say is my responsibility because they have too many requests. WOW

These guys are TERRIBLE. I wish i had seen this when we actually signed up with the company in 2007. They collected well over $8,000.00 from my company PLUS monthly service fees for absolute JUNK. Not only was I bait and switched when I signed up originally (a gentleman by the name of Victor Periera), Anytime i wanted to change anything or improve the look of my site they would try and charge me to do so. By the time i had heard and seen enough and tried to cancel the service they refused to help in any way (after speaking to Leo). I went as far as charging back my card and because the company was located in canada, it voided any legal action against them UNLESS i flew to Canada and handled it in court there. total bs. DO NOT do business with them. They are not a reputable company and their service terrible. they mislead and lie to you to get what they want.

-An unhappy former customer.

I am surprised that a company such as Rip-off Reports would even allow such a posting.

The CEO, Leo, is an a*****e! I applied to a position in the new location in Scottsdale, AZ. When he walked me back to his office, he could not find it! Then, he told me the job I applied for, was no longer available. Thanks jerk! I appreciate you wasting my time and gas. Karma is a b***h like you. If this is how they treat people that want to work there, I can only imagine how they treat their customers.

Client purchased a Custom Design Website prior to our introduction of Factory Sponsored Theme Based sites. It is a Factory Sponsored Theme Based site that has not Cap Cost.

Over 100 hours was spent in development and a site was launched to their satisfaction it was only after the introduction of the Theme Based Sites that the conflict began and the client wanted full money back.

The client did not stay on the program long enough to realize the benefits. We have thousands of clients across North America that have increased their business between 20% and 150% over a very short period of time making them hundreds of thousands of dollars in additional sales by simply following our Best Practices.

A truly missed opportunity for this client...
