Complaint Review: AZ Better Business Bureau

Purchased Gap Insurance from the former Coury Pontiac Buick GMC, Superstition Springs in Mesa.  Went to get prorated amount back after paying off my vehicle early just to find out they were bought out by the Mesa Group.  Was told that the Coury Group had left owing a lot of people money.

Contacted the AZ BBB against my better judgement due to how they had failed me miserably the first time around when I was ripped off by Alaskan Air Services in Tempe.  As I did the first time, I submitted all documentation along with my complaint.  Well, after 2+ months after filing the complaint, I get an email from them today stating there is nothing further they can do.  Here's my problem...

1.  Their response clearly indicated that no one had read not just the complaint, but none of the attachments either.

2.  And just like the first time, they let the perpetrator off the hook.

Therefore, do not waste your time with this bogus organization & consider them about as useful as a screen door on a submarine.
