Be ware of Ray Czumaj and any company he works for..... I can see he did a similar price gouge to another home owner under a different company name.
This individual tested my house without my permission. He was doing work in neighborhood (allegedly) and tested my house when I was not home but a different person let him. He then told all my neighbors that I had dangerous mold growing and caused a huge problem for us.
He would call and say my insurance company would pay for the clean up. I did call my insurance company who ordered a separate test twice and found no mold. However, this company continued to call me and even said I owed them money for their services to a tune of 1K!!!
This company should be avoided at all costs. Be informed- google company records, etc..
