Our experience was disappointing on many levels.  One small positvie note the workers were friendly and above all not rude.  The problems esclated as the move progress and of course as we stared opening moxes and still can't find some, however still unpacking.  Here are the problems.

The move took far longer then what was estimated

On the day of move, we were advised that many of our things could not be transported, including, mirrors, frames with glass and liquids Near the end of the 2nd trip they refuse to box anything and not accept anything that is not on a wall or class not boxed.

We made it very clear multiple times that the 2 cribs were to be loaded last, to allow time for set up. They were not picked up until the second trip. We have 2 infants that need to nap. One of them was just released form the ICU the prior day. This was very important for our family. This request was totally ignored.

The move is incomplete, household belongings remain at the house, including furniture
Towards the end of the trip the movers were fatigued and unloaded what was left in the garage, even though they were clearly marked for a specific room

One of the workers did not have the same level of experience this contributed to the delay. Furthermore, he became hurt during the first hour so unfortunately he was restricted in the beginning but continued to work some what for the balance of the day.  He should have been relieved of his duty.

Boxes were thrown by one mover on the second floor to be caught by the second mover (who got hurt) on the first floor over the balcony, I witnessed 2 of them when they were missed by the first floor guy and fell on the floor.  The boxes were labeled books and some were labeled electronics (that one was damaged)

We were advised we would have a large truck to move our home entire at one time, a smaller truck was sent. As a result, we paid the hourly rate; they did waive the extra milate trip charge not hr rate.

An outdoor table consisting of a 2 pieces, a frame and a very heavy stone top. The base was placed on the rear patio. The top was left in the garage balanced on other belongings. We were unable to close the garage door and when we moved things out of the way, to clear the garage door, the stone fell and broke. The piece of furniture should have been assembled with both pieces.

I was asked to fill out and sign the paper work near the end and promised as soon as I completed it they will walk through the home with my wife and make sure everything is ok and in the right  place. That partially took place, my wife said they were in the truck and gone before she was done.

A very expensive printer with all cords promised by the lead mover to be moved with care and in tact with all cords yes made the trip safely but no power cord has been found as of yet. We are trying to run business but have no working printer.
