Jordan Brunner is a scam artist. The "company" is a fraud. They will take you for whatever money they can get out of you and most likely leave your vehicle in worse shape than before they touched it.
Forget about a refund, if you contact them too many times they will simply block your number. They go be Az mobile auto and Az mobile auto repair. Both will take your money and run. Both have an F rating at the B.B.B. and 1 star on yelp. They have MANY unanswered complaints and terrible reviews.
Learn from my mistake and hire ANYONE but these scam artists, I can promise you your experience with them will be terrible and you will regret choosing these thieves as do I. Fortunately for me I only lost $200.00 when they wanted to get me for thousands.
Run, don't just walk away from these cons, you'll thank me later. Don't believe me, check their reviews on yelp or at the B.B.B.

The BBB is meaningless. Those ratings they issue are pure phoney baloney because THEY ARE PURCHASED. Those so-called "accreditations" are also phoney baloney as they are part of the PURCHASE. This doesn't mean your problem is meaningless...it does mean the BBB is completely irrelevant and useless. When somebody complains to the PHONEY BBB, they will treat that business as a sales lead and badger them into buying their PHONEY A+ RATING. The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body.
