Below are Security Guard Company licenses issued

to Allyson Hepting by the Department of Public Safety

License Number                Employee                              Type    Status   Name                  Expire Date

1657392                   Security Guard Associate           Expired   HEPTING, ALLYSON         2016-10-30

1656696                   Security Guard Unarmed           Expired   HEPTING, ALLYSON         2015-01-15

1658845                   Security Guard Associate           Issued     HEPTING, ALLYSON         2016-12-05

It appears as if Allyson Hepting has had an Associate Security Guard Card 01-15-2013 (license will renew every 2 years). This clearly shows that Allyson Hepting was a part of this company for a long time & had to take Ownership control IMMEDIATELY or the company would have to CLOSE DOWN due to no Real Owner and Sean Purdy not being able to keep his name involved in the security guard company due to his criminal activity that may have required DPS to suspend the license or insure that Sean Purdy could no longer be affiliated with the AZ SECURITY FORCE guard company any longer.

Transfer of ownership of the company (AZ SECURITY FORCE) took place on November 7, 2014 which was 2 days after Sean Purdy was ARRESTED AGAIN.

DPS probably sent Sean Purdy a letter advising as to what his options were or at least what action DPS had to take and that is where Allyson Hepting came in by stepping further into the company and assuming the role as Statutory agent and NEW owner of AZ SECURITY FORCE which is registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission.

THIS would lead the average person to believe that Allyson Hepting is related or a very close friend to Sean Purdy in some manner due to what she has taken on since Sean Purdy was Arrested and most likely had to STEP OUT of the picture because he can no longer “LEGALLY” own a Security Guard Company because of the multiple FELONY arrests Sean has been involved in!

The facts will go onto RIPOFFREPORT when I look into a story and find overwhelming facts to support a certain party that appears to be hurting multiple people or entities without a reason and I found the facts to be abundant in this case.

AZ SECURITY FORCE was opened by Sean Purdy who I found to be a convicted Felon that currently AT LEAST 2 Felony counts pending as of November 5, 2014. Sean Purdy was arrested for:

  1. Possession of a Weapon by a Prohibited Person

  2. Dangerous Drug Possession/use

DANGEROUS DRUG-POSS/USE

Prior to this, Sean Purdy was arrested February 27, 2014. Sean Purdy was arrested for:

  1. Theft-Means of Transportation

Brief Story: Sean Purdy stole a contractors truck and trailer and lied to the Police when the Police spoke to Sean Purdy the first time and then after the truck is involved in an accident and the driver fled and was caught and told the Police that Sean Purdy the owner of AZ Security Force gave him the truck to drive and never told him the truck was stolen, Sean when confronted by the Police again said he did know about the truck and basically that he did lie to the Police and he knew about the truck the entire time. Hence why Sean Purdy pleaded and is on PROBATION!

Note: Sean Purdy also had a contract to do the Grounds & Maintenance SO THE TRUCK CAME IN HANDY, isn’t that a KICKER! Sounds like a lot of people put a lot of “TRUST” into AZ SECUIRTY FORCE and Sean Purdy and ended up being let down in so many ways. TRUST was BROKEN!

VICTIMS: The couple that owned the truck and trailer/equipment will be getting restitution.

Sean Purdy took a plea deal on October 21, 2014 and will be serving 18 months of probation.

In 1996 Sean Purdy was Arrested for Forgery and Possession.

I have located several victims that prefer not to get involved in any articles but victims there are.

I FOUND 2 telephone numbers for AZ Security Force

  1. 480-664-8426

  2. 480 232-3333

I FOUND 3 addresses for AZ Security Force, 1 of which is a PO Box. Who knows what address is right?

  1. 3300 E Canary Way, Chandler, AZ 85286               Current Address Now THEY SAY ON THE WEB

  2. 4429 E Riverside Street, Phoenix, AZ 85040           Location of his office and where Sean Purdy

                                                                               committed several of his crimes!

  3. PO Box  27241 Tempe, AZ 85282                                NO IDEA ??

  4. 3030 S Rural Road Suite 106, Tempe, AZ 85282    On Corporation Records

I FOUND 3 different Security Guard Company License numbers for AZ Security Force

  1. 1658664 Current License which expires 10/30/2016

  2. 1656693 – This license is expired even though on the Department of Public Safety it shows to expire                       10/30/2016  - Change of ownership needed to be done rather quickly possibly.

  3. 1608039 – This license was the original license for AZ Security Force which no longer exists.

The Department of Public Safety is well aware of AZ Security Force and Sean Purdy and every other person involved with AZ Security Force. They are not taking a blind eye to this matter but you cannot expect them to babysit the front doors where AZ Security Force is set up 24-7!

Wow! How can a Company Treat Employees Like This????

A True Former Employee that knows:

I worked for this company as a summer job and I can tell you that I'm glad I got out.

I received my unarmed security guard card from the state of Arizona at the end of March last year. When I applied for the part time position I was told that I was a perfect fit given my prior experience and that I would be stationed at a 2-day 14 hour total position at a nice hotel in Scottsdale. It was a blast, and the people who worked at the hotel were great. My experience there was not what was wrong.

The company has a very harshly worded manual that mandates what you must have as a minimum and also mandates dress code (pretty standard stuff). The shirt is provided free of charge but was not given in the proper size. I made multiple verbal and written requests for a properly sized shirt which was ignored throughout my employment. The supervisor Eric Divine and the owner sent out emails on a regular basis warning of random spot checks and the repercussions that would take place if anyone was out of code. I'm a tall guy so I need a size larger than normal for the length, this meant that the shirt I needed to tuck in was impossible to tuck in (think of a mid drift on a 250lb guy, not pretty). Divine repeatedly told me this was fine then would send out the spot check emails after speaking to him, not sure what that was about.

Then came the day when the hotel had such low occupancy that they decided they didn't need the contract security guard for the time being, no problem I thought because I would get put on another spot that had an unarmed position. That did happen for about a week, and then I started getting calls about taking armed positions with promises of extra pay despite the fact that I was legally not authorized to carry a handgun (though I did have a CCW, it's a weird AZ guard card deal). Anyway, the first few weren't bad locations but the customers were not happy. One restaurant had a manager raging because he specifically requested an armed guard because he was held at gun point twice at his location (something I was not told until the manager was yelling).

From there, it got worse. My supervisor had a bit of a tiff with a local at another site that was armed and put me at it (again with the promise of additional pay). This time I was in downtown Phoenix (near GCU) and every person I encountered looked at me like I was crazy and asked "Where's your piece man?". I worked three shifts at that location to cover a gap in coverage and was promised that at the end of the week I would have a replacement if I no longer wanted the gig. I called Divine yet again to inform him of my discomfort due to the armed nature of the site and my legal restriction from carrying at the time. He tried to convince me to stay and did not find a replacement until I put in my two weeks notice.

Speaking of which, I turned in my two weeks after this and a few other incidents developed; but the largest issue I had was the promise of the owner to pay for my armed guard card class (if I wanted to pursue it) during my initial interview in April. In July I was able to get certified and I informed my supervisor to tell the owner I was ready to pursue this option (thinking he would remember), this was standard procedure as the owner didn't want to be inundated with constant requests from the lower level employees (pretty standard). Well I made my request to divine three times over the course of July. Finally I included the owner in an email requesting his assistance with getting into a class. His approval came back down through my supervisor (rather than a reply directly via e-mail) and said he would take half of the cost out of each of the next two paychecks.

I then reminded him of his initial proposal to pay for it on his dime, he denied it but after two days of beating around the bush he agreed to pay for it if I signed a notarized agreement saying I would work for him for the next six months so he could get his return. I wouldn't have found this unreasonable if he had initially that this is how it worked in the interview, but it felt like a bit of a slap in the face after having already worked there for three months despite the lack of hours when the hotel gig fell through. After being slapped with this notarized copy BS I put in my two weeks notice and still had a weekend 10 hour gig lined up that I was anticipating covering. My supervisor informed me the day after turning in my notice that all of my shifts had been covered and there was no need for me to come in for the next few weeks (another slap in the face as the manual says without your two weeks notice, they'll dock you down to minimum wage for your last paycheck, which they essentially did, and then some due to cutting out 20 hours of work that I was counting on).

BTW- I found out later that the shifts were never covered, when I went to turn in my FOB the management asked me who was covering and why no one was there as requested (great customer service).

THE SMART CHOICE!

When it comes to security you want to know you're having the best representation possible which is why the state has requirements. If you take a look at this company you will indeed find plenty of public information to make you question hiring them. The smart choice is to look elsewhere after having discovered the truth myself. The reports you find online are for the most part correct. The information also found here on this website is also correct for the most part. The smart choice would be to look elsewhere for any type of security.

HOW CAN YOU DENY THE FACTS!

#5Consumer Comment

The reports about this company are found all over the internet under public information so anyone who does their homework can see for themselves what and who they are dealing with. I tried to remain open minded but the information filed by other people about this company are true. "THERE IS NO DENYING THE FACTS, HOW CAN YOU DENY THE FACTS?" Any attempt to sway away from the truth no matter how diffacult is the first sign that this is not a trustworthy company.
