Stay away from this Robert J. Brown/AZ Tech Express - HUGE RIP-OFF Started the job, I paid him for parts and labor,and never returned to finish the job. Started with lame excuses, and then just stopped answering calls. This guy advertises himself on craigslist daily which should have been my first red sign. He usually advertises as "Cheapest in town" and that's exactly what you get, cheap.
