Complaint Review: AZEC Retailers LLC

From a PopUp add I was purchasing a FREE Sample of testotorone supplement  for $2.97, Received Sample, June 16 2017 Bottle of FURY which was not shown in Popup Add delivered. 15 days later Noticed a charge for $88.97, I called company because the Ph# was on the Bank statement, they said I had joined the membership club for the Fury Pills, I refutted this and they said they would cancel the membership, I immediatly called BANK OF AMERICA explained what happened and how they had charged me for no product received. Bank gave me a credit and said they would dispute the charge. August 14th 2017 I receive a Package from BANK OF AMERICA saying there was nothing they could do because the company had a Policy that I was suppose to be aware of.  I am certain that there are other people that have been in this same situation. It seems that BA must have a list of these scammers and that they should have notified me of this, but they said they dont do that, My USAA Bank send me a Text every time something doesnt look right, So I am considering Leaving BA.  Hope this Informs others of this deception. Some one has collected $88.97 for doing nothing and providing no services or product. Seems Like this should be against the law.
