My company began testing out a free Azendoo account back in 2015. It didn't work out for us, so we decided to discontinue use and cancel the account. One-year later we were charged by Azendoo for a full subscription for the cancelled account. I contacted the company to have the charge reversed, which they did do, in addition to assuring me that this would never happen again. Well, last month we received another credit card charge from Azendoo for the same amount (full on-year subscription fee). This time the person I dealt with, Chris Gagin, refused to reverse the charge and pasted the Azendoo terms of service into a rude email response to my inquiry. This company will continue charging you even after you cancel your subscription. They will refuse to reverse the charges. Beware.
