Initially I was contacted by a woman named "Pamela Stewart" offering me, based on my resume the following position:

I got your resume/contact information a couple of days ago, in regards to the vacancy of Project Manager(Ref# PMA-10412).
We appreciate your interest in this position! Let me share some information about our company, the position offered and few details about your duties/responsibilities. For over 10 years now we operate all over Europe, most part of Asia and Middle East area. 3 branches and dozen of local offices that count 1000+ employees are opened in Europe, Asia, Persian Gulf and Mediterranean area. Headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark we plan to open our new branch in New York in March to start the expansion over US market in 2012. We work only with manufacturing industrial companies and specialize in storage services and transportation, primary focused on mining industry. Today we plan to expand over US and Canada transportation market and we hope to increase our influence in MO with your help.
 
Position title: Project Manager
Department: Special Projects
Reports to: Regional Project Manager, USA
Salary/Type: $70,000/year/Full time
Work hrs: 9-00 AM 6-00 PM (local time), Monday - Friday Full Benefit Package: performance bonuses, health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k.

Let me introduce you some of most important duties, qualifications and skills.
 
Duties:
 
     Transportation planning. Involves evaluation, assessment, design and sitting of transportation/storage facilities.
     Developing and monitoring transportation schedules, tactics and plans.
     Tracking shipments and reporting to our/client operators.
     Customer support (9-5, Mon through Fri).
     Negotiating with customers and suppliers.
     Additional organizational duties.
 
Qualifications:
 
       Bachelor degree (or above) in Business, Management.
       4 years (or more) working experience in a project management.
       Office-equipment skills, computer literate.
 
Skills:
 
       Understanding of technical documentation
       Good communicational skill
       Customer oriented skills
       Ability to produce/develop clear and understandable technical documentation
 
Our primary screening process helps us to choose the most convenient person for the position offered.
This process includes 5 steps that lead to the employment contract:
 
1.      Resume selection
2.      Pre-training assessment
3.      References verification
4.      Phone interview
5.      2 Stages of Training
 
Training process consists of two stages:
First stage takes 4 weeks of On-line training + 1 week for the final test. You study at home, course pack is sent daily via e-mail and it takes up to 20 minutes every day. Short test sent every Friday. Stage 1 is paid, your salary will vary from $2,000 to $4,000/month, depends on your results. Minimum is set at $2,000, but you can get bonus and double your paycheck if you show over-average results.
Second stage depends on your first stage and final test success, but youll get your paycheck after the training course and it wont depend on how you pass stage 1. Paychecks are sent anyway. For stage 2 you will be invited to one of our offices for a week of brief introduction course, final interview and signing employee papers if you succeed.
Office in your area will be opened before the end of Summer 2012, but you will be able to work out of your home until then. We will provide all the equipment required. Position might involve short 1-2 day trips that never go out of your state. Days in trips are double-paid.
