Complaint Review: Aztlan Lowrider Inc.

I ordered 2 lowrider tires from aztlanbicycle.com 3 1/2 weeks ago. I tried to contact the company by phone and e-mail constantly over the past few weeks and never got an e-mail from them, they never answered the phone, and my bank wont help me refund my money. This company is far from "The world's #1 bike company". They also charge at least 10-15% more for most of their products compared to sites such as www.statussusspention.com or battleaxecycles.com which I highly recomend. I would love to see that Aztlan Lowrider inc. is shut down or updates their contact information and actually ships their orders.
