Complaint Review: B & A Powerwashing (Chantilly VA)

I don't write too many negative reviews...I try to highlight only those businesses that I can positively vouch for but in this case, I felt I really needed to. Here's a brief description of the issues I faced with them.

1. I hired them to powerwash 3 sides (end unit town home) but they came and only did one. No explanation on their part but of course, they billed me for all 3 sides. When I called back and asked about it, they gave me a really lame excuse, something about miscommunication. They agreed to come back out the following week, but they refused to nail down a time. I have not seen them yet.

2. Price and discount - when I called they were very quick to offer me a 10% discount, but after the job was complete (or at least one side was complete), they said that that was a mistake and they should not have offered that. They absolutely refused to honor their original price. They claimed that they don't offer that discount anymore - funny because I had a friend call and they offered the 10% discount immediately.

This should have been a very simple job and even if a problem arose, it would have been very simple to figure out a compromise or some type of solutuion. But they absolutely refused to take any responsibility.

I can't believe there are companies out there that would conduct their business in this manner. Save your time and money - go with someone else.
