B.B.Overhead door..Bob Sandur we were told we needed a all new garage door opener moter and all as they did not make parts for ours any more.. we discoverd a reset button and our garage works we gave him 25$ towards a 350$ charge..for abslutly nothing after speaking to him we got no satis faction Berea Ohio
our garage door would not open..looked up a co. on the intenet...we were told that we needed a whole new system as ours was old and parts were not avaiable my son got on a ladder and pressed a reset button and it is working perfecly he said the charge would be 350$ and we gave him a 25$ deposit obviusly there is nothing wrong with our door..and he should have told us about the reset button had my son not looked into this we would have spent 350$ unnessarly.
