First thing you see when you open the envelope addressed to you; you'll find a legitimate looking check.
Then a letter that congratulates you about being selected to participate in a paid Consumer Research Program. You will be acting as a Customer Service Evaluator of asigned companies in your area.
B C G Customer Service is an employment firm that specializes in conducting research and assisting corporations in evaluating the quality of customer service provided to their clients.

They are supposedly represent over 1200 research firms across Europe and North America. They claim to be well acclaimed and proven to be most effective in evaluating customer service. They utilize known as "Secret Shopping". They go on to say that you were selected from 48,000 people who responded to their online survey indicating interest in participating in their "paid" research program as a way of making extra money.
You are required to complete a 'Probation Training Task (PTT), which is a paid traing assignment.

You are to call 'your' Research Associate, 'Mr. John. Akin. He is to guide you through the PTT assignment. You are to act as a customer at outlets they list at the end of the letter. Your to evaluate the customer service provided by the outlet, then complete a attached "Customer Service Evaluation Form" (CSEF).
You are 'required' to speak to your Research Associate at the end of your assignments for instructions on how to register and fax your completed CSEF.

Enclosed is a "check" for $2,765.00 issued in your name. This is to assist you with your PTT assignment.
"THE CHECK HAS A SECURITY CODE". It is important to contact Mr. John upon receipt of the check for instructions and to have the 'security code' removed.
Then the letter has details for the disbursement of enclosed funds.

$50.00-----Item(s) purchased are for employee to keep. Receipt required (WALMART)

$2,150.00 + $95.00 Transfer fee-----Money Gram Transfer. Transfer reference number and receipt required.
Total-----$2,765.00

I have researched every name on this and the companies, none are for real.
