COMPANY PROMISED TO PICK UP FOR TRIP AT 9:45PM, DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL 1:30AM NEXT DAY,
The company promised a trip to New York for four for 240.00, 60.00 a seat. Said would pick up at designated area at 9:45pm, DIdn't show up until 1:30am the next morning. The Maple Heights Police were called out, they were rude and cursing, told police officer would refund our money , following Tuesday morning. When contacted them they flatly refused to return anything.
