Complaint Review: B.I.G. Ltd

I took out a $300 loan from this company and had been paying them back every 2 weeks from my account after the 3rd payment they decided to deduct 2 different amounts from my bank account which caused my account to overdraw and they conntinued to do so until I notified the bank and cloded my account. I paid over $400 in fees to my bank. now I am recieving 10 to 15 calls a day at my place of employer and I asked them to stop calling and the non-english speaking man was being rude and threatining. I am faxing a a cease & Desist letter in hopes that this will stop the calls.
