B.I.G. Ltd lied reuarding their procedures Internet
I received a $200.00 loan from B.I.G., but they would never contact me reuarding final payment. B.I.G. would exstend my loan every payday without my permission. I tried contacting them by phone and e-mail. I could never get them, nor would they return my e-mail.
I finally blocked them from my bank, and did close the account.
I have talked to them on the phone, and they refuse to send me imformation to pay off this loan by mail.
I have paid over $600.00 on a $200.00 loan.
B.I.G. has contacted my job attempting to get payroll imformation and treating my job.
I am receiving call all hours of the night on both my house and cell phone.

B.I.G has tried to use my bank, even though they knew the account has been closed.
They acted as they never recieved any notice from me reguarding the closeure, though we have talked on the phone, and i've sent them e-mails in which they recieved.
B.I.G. still hasn't sent me the contact imformation so this matter can be cleared up.
There has to be law's they are breaking, what can i do????
