B-Line LLC; Round-Up Funding LLC; B-Real LLC Bought all my Chapter 13 Debt for pennies on the dollar and didn't let me or my lawyer know Seattle Washington
B-Line LLC is buying up Ch 7 and 13 Credit card debt for pennies on the dollar and taking claim to them on your bankruptcy. They do this AFTER you have filed. They get a spreadsheet from the PACER site that has all your information in it, and then offer to buy this debt from the creditor or debt buyer who has it last.
They do not let you or your attorney know about it. I questioned my attorney about this company (who bought as Round-Up Funding also on mine), and she said they were just managing the debt for them. WRONG!! They BOUGHT IT!! They even bought one that had been forgiven and had a 1099 issued to me which I put on my income tax the previous year. That's how I knew they were not associated with the companies.
I am looking to file a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against this company who is making billions off the backs of the consumer. If they had not done this, the claim would have been dismissed. I say, why can't I buy my debt for pennies on the dollar?
Where is the fairness in all this? You can't find a lot of info on Round-Up Funding as it hides behind the B-Real name. B-Real owns it. If you have these companies on your bankruptcy listing of claims, TELL YOUR LAWYER TO CHALLENGE IT! Judges are starting to dismiss them as not having any proof of claim. Put these skanks out of business.

but the problem is I errantly filed bankruptcy and BLine swooped on the filing which I didn't even complete payment for and sold my information to Galaxy Asset Management THEN to Monarch Recovery Management, all of whom have the same shady story and EVEN had audacity to attempt to lie to me about my actual bankruptcy while asking me for my banking information to pay them.
