Double check that the owners and employees are licensed. Possibly only "Frank" which is not his real name claims to be licensed. He does not disclose his real name. He could not show me proof he is licensed or his workers are licensed. He is just like a whiny "Joe the Plumber" person. "Frank's" wife Denise looks like a guy with a butch haircut and his sawed-off short mother Iona Montfort is crooked.

Iona and Denise work in the business and do not have licenses. They have listed their business under 5501 Grandy in Detriot, MI and 2218 Farnsworth Rd, Lapeer, MI. Google search for the map to 5501 Grandy in Detroit, MI. It is a vacant building that the city is going to demolished because of vagrancy. They have also listed 2218 Farnsworth in Lapeer, MI as a business. The problem is there is no commercial business in this residential neighborhood. They have not paid commercial property taxes for the business. They have been ripping off the County of Lapeer for commercial property taxes for many years by only paying personal property taxes. They have been scamming the City of Detroit by bidding on projects claiming they are a local owned Detroit city business, whereas they have really been running the business out of their Lapeer home. The IRS should check into these people for non tax paying their fair portion. They whine just like "Joe the Plumber" but scam the IRS on paying their taxes.

They have lawsuits against them in other states for identity theft and misuse of credit card information. They have stolen military and vital records from family members and even tried suing a disabled veteran. These people are very deceitful and manipulative. Denise Montfort even sued her own mom for a piece of land that the mother-in-law (Iona Montfort) wanted. These people even sue their own family members. Denise's mom, Ms. Cowart, is a destitute individual who stays with other non-family members who will take her in. She has nothing except for her cash paying homesitting job. Ms. Cowart does not pay income taxes and mooches off others. But even her own daughter Denise is suing her, a person who has nothing. This family is sue crazy and likes to blame others for their misgivings.

The reason they have moved out of the Detroit area is to stay away from BLACK people. They refuse to hire or do work on BLACK people's homes. Go check if they have done any work for non-white people. Check into the building where they were trying to install an AC unit in June 2005 and caught the roof on fire. They are still blaming this on the roofing people to this day. They even told me "the dumb black spades running the Detroit City could not touch them because they were pristine white folk." They believe they can do whatever they want to whomever they want. Best advice is to stay clear of these hipocrits.
