B.O.G Hotel Bogota Colombia Worst Hotel Experience Ever! Overpriced Yet it Failed A Lot Bogota

This hotel has the worst customer service ever. From the customer service to their hotel facilities, everything is a total fail. Our group checked into this hotel and was amazed at first with the fine architecture and modern design that the hotel displays. However, an hour inside would be enough for you to realize that the place is a place of torment instead of pleasure.

It was already disappointing when the staff of the hotel refused to grant us our request to turn on the sauna prior our arrival but that would be just a minor issue about the hotel if everything went better for us. However, the situation grew from bad to worse. First, they hesitated to let my friends up to the room where we stay.

The worst part is when we were in the Sauna. Going there is already inconvenient since you should go through the parking lot. When I felt a bit uncomfortable and drowsy, we decided to leave the place. The door, however, was broken and we had to force it to open, causing our friend to get wounded and one of them almost passed out. Despite all the bad service and terrible experience we had, the hotel refused to give us a refund despite the fact that we almost died there, literally. Our experience with this hotel made our vacation on Bogota the worse we had in our life.
