B&T Satellite - Redding Custom Home Theater installed Dishnetwork at my home incorrectly and charged me $100.00 for a service call just 2 days after they installed the system. Redding California
"B&T Satellite" AKA "Redding Custome Home Theater" is a mirage business! They portray themselves as an experienced, professional company which couldn't be any further than the truth! I have learned that not one of their technitions have been certified for anything! The day my Dishnetwork was installed, B&T sent out some young kid who looked like he was 15 years old and ran cable all over my brand new house, and drilled holes without sealing them up properly! The technition took 7 hours to install only 2 t.v.'s, and still left without the system working.
I called their office about 20 times and got no response until I drove to their office to confront them in person, and still got nothing but excuses and a bunch of bull! They call the manager of B&T Satellite "Big Doug" who looks like a big fat drooling retarded child molester! This guy will give you the creeps, I recommend to not let this man around your children! B&T once had a contract with Dishnetworks corporate installation office and was fired for repeat installation issues. B&T Satellite doesn't ground any of their satellite installations, which is a hazard to your home in a electrical storm.
I have also spoken with the BBB and they have added my complaint to the others whuch have already been reported. Myself and other customers of B&T Satellite are putting together a petition to shut this company down. They don't deserve business from anybody! The petition will be sent on to corporate Dishnetwork "Echostar" to procede further against this wanna be Satellite company! Beware of these monkeys!

It appears that this same man (a competitor) is going around leaving fake negative reviews on all the Dish retailers in town.
