Bávaro Princess All Suites Resort, Spa & Casino Refused to honor price quotes and change requests.
Never book through the hotel. When you arrive, they refuse to honor the prices they quote online and have very high prices in person. This happened on 2 different items:
1) the iinitial reservation I was overcharged
2) there was a change request I initiated by email. they aknowledged the price they had quoted me, but refused to honor it
