I purchased (online) jet ski parts from this company on the 13th of January 2012. They failed to provide me a tracking number nor a followup receipt. I contacted them and they first said they sent it to the wrong address and to wait six days. I did and still no parts. When I finally threatened them if they did not provide a tracking number, they provided one, but it was bogus.

They finally delivered the goods, but I would never deal with them again because:

(1) They took eleven days to ship the item

(2) they initially shipped it to the wrong addesss

(3) They never provided me a tracking number till I threatened them

(4) When they did provide a tracking number, it was wrong.
