BABC ripoff BABC does it again, hitting the central states this week, How can we notify more consummers? Largo Florida

I too have become a victim in a time of need. usually i don't even answer these calls, but was waiting for an out of town call from friends. I kept saying no and they kept on and promissed I had nothing to loose. I was promissed a pay as you go card and convinced I could use it for emergencys only. They would not charge my bank account or take out payments I did not authorize. Well, guess what, they never delivered card and took the money out of my account, and I wouldn't even have known it, but I check my bank account online every night. I will be filling an agrievement with my bank and have already emailed them information. I will also file a complaint with the attorney general's office here in Kansas, as they don't look kindly on fraud and let the TV know so others can be alerted. Hope with all of us reprting this and taking action these guys can be stopped. Glad I found this site to let me in on this fraud and will recommend to others. I might have waited all week to get an answer from this company, giving them the benifit of the doubt. We will see how this pans out, as they called me on Thrusday, promissed delivery on Saturday and took the money on Wednesday. I shall perservere.

Dirk, since when does a "legit" company take money from someone and not give them the product or service they payed for? If ANYONE has been able to get their money back, please post an update. For those of you that feel you have been ripped off by these thieves, file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General immediately!!

As a past worker in the BABC office I have heard it all. There are complaints and they are dealt with in a very professional manner. We hear as many satisfied customers as complaints which is sayin alot! A number of my family members also purchased the program and improved there credit after 90 days. The program works you just need some patience. Many a customer praised and thanked God they were FINALLY able to get a major bank card and begin the credit improving process. I recommend to all and money back should be no problem!! -DIrk
