This company sucks, I placed an order for a FULL SIZE CRIB, BUMPERS, High Chair (minus the roach that fell out of it when opened), Tub, and Red Wagon. First of all they said I put in wrong address, when I changed the billing address versus delivery that's where it all went wrong, They delivered it to my mother in laws house and I was going 3 hours away. They dumped it on the patio and left. We took 2 cars one for the baby stuff to our destination.

Bought in Crib , turns out its a PORTABLE CRIB ( No Sheets), never received the Bumpers I paid for, our hostess opens high chair and Roach falls out of cushion, I'm ready to die. Paid for Red Wagon NO WAGON NO EXPLANATIONS. They are not available on Saturday or Sunday. We get in touch with them Monday very nice girl tells me they are going to credit me $70.00 and that they have been having trouble with their web site. That they will gladly pick up stuff at my destination just give her the address and leave it outside they will be there on Tuesday.

I thought it was all over we left everything there. Half hour away from home this nasty a*s bi*ch calls my phone says she is the manager and that I need to bring it back with me I explain that I am almost home and that i was told it would get picked up free of charge. She says no way not possible unless I PAY $50.00. Which I tell her fine take it out of my $70.00 credit . Then I realize it was only $35.00 to deliver and pick up from there to begin with and they charged me $50.00 RIP OFF TOO Very nasty women no customer skills what so ever. Not only did they not pick it up on Tuesday but they showed up at my friends house at the CRACK of dawn. Needless to say NEVER AGAIN this company sucks. There so called office looks like an empty building. Reported to Better Business Bureau. Shared on Facebook , Instagram

As in exactly what the records showed occur this was the reply. I am the same rep the customer spoke to who was referred to as being sweet in the same sentence nasty, I don't understand why this customer lied about who they are and the service received. A woman Spoke to one person myself the entire time she was super happy and if it had a voice reply I would release the phone record. Hi Cindy A, We apologize for our response time, a thorough investigation into this incident was required. We appreciate your patience. I am more than happy to assist you at any time you may reply to this email ticket # 14646. Upon reviewing your order found here are the details: On Oct 27 order placed an invoice sent via emailed to cbk942@gmail.com, will verify both name & shipping and delivery address were the same see here :Marvin Treminio 42 Commerce Blvd Amityville, New York 11701. On the signed e document forms there is a possibility of a full order cancelled due to No stock. Customer received replacement item(s) crib, Do to customer disliking whom stated name April Treminio . Rep submitted full refund request for the items back Total 70.00 on Oct 31. The items are 100% sanitized and steamed cleaned by professionals using organic Dentrex brand cleaning products also noted on the website. Upon reviewing the phone records at no time Cindy, April or Marvin spoke to a manager. There is also no record of an appointed manager returning a call to a specified number. Upon further reviewing, there are however notes in the account. The items can be picked up at a Wappingers Fall address 333 Maloney rd NY 12590. From female Cindy whom can be reached at 631 673-4743. Cindy who stated lived on the farm side and would be home the following day all day of the original scheduled pick up. Cindy would leave the items on the porch protected from the rain under the shed and it would not be any bother or need to call, only if need direction to the farm side where her address is located and can be picked up at anytime from the porch. The items were moved from one location in Long Island to another in Upstate New York. The same representative gave April an estimated charge for a pick up in a location the paid driver does not service. The driver gave an estimate per gas mileage an tolls price to the representative. No charge was ever made to the you/ customer and can not be made without customer payment information and verifying. Our representatives are a reflection upon us, we take customer satisfaction very seriously and do not tolerate any misconduct any findings of such will result in immediate termination of that representative. Checking the phone records thoroughly there may have been miscommunication as April told the representative she does not mind the charge was owed due the refund 70.00 and would be fine paying 50.00 for the pick up. At no time any representative called or collected any payment from the customer or any other party related to the individual or account holder. Customer Marvin Treminio did not receive any additional charge. A credit of$ 70.00 applied Oct 31 to revert back to the original payment method used. Depending on that individuals payment processors bank creditors time allowing 5-7 business days after we submitted.
