On 7-21-06, I placed an order for $311.78. I ordered a car seat, a stroller frame (which according to the website the items fit together), Little Einsteins Exersaucer, and a Kids Train Table. All items arrived within 4 days of each other and after opening and inspecting I found out the car seat and stroller frame didn't go together and it was misrepresented. I called the next morning and was told that they would pay the return shipping for the stroller frame only. I explained that both items stated they would go with the other. Even though it wasn't sold as a set. The stroller said it would fit the car seat and the car seat page said that it would fit into the stroller.

After talking to the CS rep, I told her that I didn't have a printer and she said that she would send me the return labels by mail. I waited my 7-10 days to receive. They didn't come. I called again. Was told that they were sent out and "maybe I accidently threw the envelope away" I told her that it never came and it needs to be sent again. I told her that I would be happy to take them to the post office and have them C.O.D. but was told that I needed to wait for the return label. I then questioned the way she stated "label" I asked, there are 2 return label...correct?

She advised me that since it wasn't sold as a pair that the only thing that they would pay to ship back is the stroller frame. I inquired into the reason of not paying for shipping the car seat (which is the heavier of the 2 items). She stated that the only misrepresented item was the stroller. I tried to explain that I was already told that both items would be coming back and I was told that I would be getting 2 return labels. I was told that I was wrong.

I finally got so made that I said to send the labels and hung up.

another 7-10 days passed and still no labels. I called yet again, and was now told that I was sent the labels by email and all I needed to do was to print them and send the box. The problem was I explained to 2 other people that I didn't have a printer and was told these would be mailed to me. So by this time I am now told that if the boxes aren't returned and recieved by them in 4 days, the RA #'s would be invalid and I wouldn't be able to get a refund. So against better judgement, I shipped them at my expense. A total of $54.83 for the cheapest ground delivery. They accepted the stroller back but refused the car seat and sent that back to me.

I called them this morning and was told that I would be reimbursed for the cost of shipping on the stroller, but that the car seat hadn't made it back before the 30 day rule. I explained that this wasn't my fault, I hve been waiting on the company and the 1st gal that I spoke to was nice and said, "Oh yes, I see here you were waiting on us to mail you the labels" Then suddenly she asked me to hold and I was now on the phone with someone else who clearly stated to me that the car seat box wasn't returned within the 30 day deadline and that I should get a printer. (Yes, I need to get a printer) but not the point! I was told that I could speak with a supervisor and just asked who was above the supervisor and I was given Matilda's name, so we shall see if I manage to get anywhere with her. Either way I am now filing a fraud report with my bank tomorrow.

Please save yourself a lot of pain and time by not shopping with this company or wasting your money with a company that does very very poor customer service.
