Complaint Review: Baccari Handbags

Baccari Handbags Dianne Coons Describes her merchandise as high quality Perfect Italian handmade Handbags, so the customer pays between $280-$400 for her handbags. I thought I was getting a beautiful leather purse. When it arrived I tried to unzip the zipper, it was such a poor quality handbag the zippers get stuck on the extra material that isn't sewn down. The entire inside of purse is not sewn down. You only get that when the purse is low quality workmanship. I located a street vendor who sells these bags in Mexico. They sell for $59.00. Dianne Coons is a crook, when I wanted to return the purse she recieved ut had it for 2 weeks then tells me she can't refund my money because I shipped it back in to small of a box and it doesn't sit up properly. She has lied and cheated me out of almost $300. To ship it back to her I paid $30, add that to the #275 I paid for purse. Dianne Coons uses the internet to lie about the quaity and the origin of her purses. Customers like myself believe her, because we would never think of being so crooked. We pay the large amount because we think we are getting what we like a high quality purse. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania Internet

Baccarri Handbags, owner Dianne Coons, at (ETSY.com) uses Etsy and the internet to scam people. Dianne describes the handbags she sells as "Perfect" high quality, Italian leather, handmade in Italy beautiful Handbags. They cost between $275-$400. By the description she gives and the price your paying you believe you are buying a high end leather handbag, equivilent to Nordstroms, and Nieman Marcus, Italian leather bags. When the bag arrives and Dianne has already been paid, you see the purse you paid $300 for and you just about faint. The zippers don't work because the purse is so low quality the inside material isn't sewn dpown., leaving excess material for the zipper to get stuck in. After you get over the shock you try to get ahold of Dianne Coons. You know after reading how to return policy, you have 5 days to return purse. Before you can return you must talk to Dianne Coons and get a confimation or she won't accept your return. After 3 days your getting nervous Dianne still hasn't been able to be reached. After threatening her to file suit she responds and gives you a confirmation number. Your stuck with a $40 shipping fee. Dianne finally confirms she has recieved your return. You wait 2 weeks still no credit on my visa, when you get ahold of ms Coons she says she can't refund your money because I shipped the purse back to her in to small of a box. The leather couldn't breathe and the purse won't stand up. Why doesn't she tell you this when she first recieves purse back, because their was nothing wrong with the purse. She would had said something the minute she got it if there was.Dianne Coons is committing internet fraud.  DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HER. One more thing, I located a street vendor in the shadiest part of Mexico, he sells the exact purse, for $59.00. Nowhere on the purse is there a Italian designers name or any identifying manufactorer. Thats a sure sign she is lying about her handbags being  Handmade in  Italy, with soft Italian leather.why would a Italian designer make numerous handbags and not identify himself as the artist. A purse that is poor quality no one wants to claim as their work so their just sold icheap and in bulk as a low quality junky leather purse. Should be sold for $30. Dianne Coons is making a mint off of lies.
