Do not order anything from this company. They do not return phone calls or e-mails. I called for 2 days with no answer. I ordered party supplies and when it did not arrive on time I called and e-mailed this company for 2 days with no answer or callback. I finally reached someone and found out they had shipped the order late as well as to the wrong address. The sales person insisted I entered my address incorrectly and did not place the order on time for my party (which was a week away when I place the order. I requested 2-day shipping). He did not make an effort to fix the situation at all, however if they had returned 2 days of prior phone calls and e-mails we could have fixed the situation on time. They will not let you cancel the order and require extensive efforts to return items. I had to call DHL myself to track down the package and request an address change. After making the call, I required more information and called the company back again...no answer...no reply to e-mail.

Bottom line...very rude and blaming attitude if anything goes wrong with your order. Very focused on placing blame instead of helping you resolve the situation. Tricky return process. Shady company that does not answer it's phone or call customers back.

i have similar bad service problem with Privco. Parcel were sent out late or not, i am not being informed at all. when i send an email to enquire, short and un-constructive reply from the lead customer service representative (Justin Felix). I sent out 1-2 emails usually there will be no replies for a week to two, then i will send the 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th email before i got a short reply that does not solve the problem. its not the first time i am having problems with ordering party supplies from this company. i will nv order again and recomend this to my friends. For your information, my order have yet to arrived at my door step until today. This company had badly spoilt 2 x sister's hens nights. and i am being blacklisted by my sisters. please if possible reply my emails. i send it to you all many many times! even as of today!

Hi, This is Tom from PriveCo Inc..  I'm sorry to hear about your trouble and I can do everything possible to fix it.  


I apologize that we don't have 24 hours customer service, but our company isn't large enough.  We do have someone here from 9-5 Monday through friday to answer the phones.  I apologize if this isn't enough.  Even though we are the largest company in the bachelorette party business, we just aren't that big.  


In fact, other websites in our industry don't even list a phone number at all, they only offer contact via e-mail.  So, we are a step ahead of our competitors in this regard.  


I'm not exactly sure why your order didn't arrive, but of the 2,000 or so packages we send out each week, we do get a fair number back because the address was either incorrect, missing an apartment number, or didn't include the business name.  I'm not saying this was exactly the problem with your order, but I can say that it happens a lot.  Addresses are entered during the order process by our customers and that exact address is printed on your package label.

I, like you, am experiencing gawd awful customer service and I was wondering if they, having gotten your address wrong, by any chance gotten the name wrong as well?

Cuz I live in an apartment complex and I keep checking in at the office to see if my package FINALLY arrived and the only package that has been there all week is in a box curiously about the size my order would arrive in and is addressed to an apartment with a coincidently similiar apartment number as mine, but it is not in my name.

I would like to apologize to this customer for the trouble with her order.  



While our customer service person did have a valid point in telling her that we do not alter her address, the address that is entered onto the website is put right on the package, he should have been more polite about it.  Smugness has no place in customer service.  



Our return policy isn't the greatest in the industry, but it isn't the worst either.  We take items back for any reason within 30 days.  If you never open the package you can return it for free, if you did open the package, you have to pay to send it back.  Fairly standard stuff, and the policy is clearly posted on the website.    



As far as phone answering and returning e-mails, we are a large company, but not huge, our business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5.  Outside of those hours we have a voicemail system and of course we respond to e-mails.  The customer is correct in stating that we do not return phone calls with phone calls.  After annoying and embarrassing customers with return calls, we now respond to phone calls with a return e-mail unless you tell us differently.  



Again, my apologies for the trouble and for the poor customer service.

Shopinprivate I just ran a search and found two other similar complaints under shopinprivate....stay away from this company.
