I feel that the offices of Dr. Dundes are extremely dishonest. Upon research I have learned that many patients feel the same way. When I started treatments at their office I was informed that if I were to move out of the area I would no longer be financially responsible for charges. I moved in May of 2009 and informed the receptionist that I was moving and she informed me that I was "paid up". However, they continued to schedule me for appointements and charge me for missed appointments after I had moved out of the state. They called me again in September 2009 and I informed them that I had already told their receptionist that I moved in May and asked to speak to a manager and no one was available. I made several calls and emailed the office and never received any response. Nearly two years later, the office sent me a notice, dated February 4th 2011, stating that I owed them a balance and if it was not paid by February 14th, 2011 I would be taken to court. The letter was dated FEBRUARY 4th, but was post-marked FEBRUARY 22nd. This is extremely unethical, in my opinion, and when I called to speak to someone, no one was available, just like every other attempt I made to correct this issue.
