Back In Motion Bimsportsinjuries.com Bad Service, Subpar Care Beaverton, Oregon
My wife and I each were patients of this clinic. My experience was the chiropractor i saw was sub par. When I went to another chiropractor, I was told the technique they love to use at BIM (graston?) was really only right 1 or 2 out of 10 patients. Also, they missed a spot in my upper back, which when released by the 2nd chiropractor completely allowed my back to relax. My wife also went, in connection with an auto accident. She was supposed to get chiro care, plus massage therapy with each visit. Sometimes there was a masseusee, sometimes not. When we tried to get our records to get continued care somewhere else, we were charged over $100. They tried to say it was "industry standard", but that is BS. Also, they wanted to "hide" the charge by having our attorneys request the records. Attys are $350 an hour, so they wanted us to hire an atty to pay the 100 fee? Of course, that would have costed us for the atty and then the 100 charge would have been passed on also. Our other providers DID NOT CHARGE for the records, but provided them as a courtesy. Also, they had billed more than 7k on my wife's injuries, and she wasn't even better yet. I would encourage all who are considering BIM to move on. For us, we'll just have to drive a little farther away to find another clinic who will take care of us physically and care enough about us as people.
