Complaint Review: Back Mountain Gas

  I am filing a complaint with Back Mountain Gas in Hunlock Creek,PA I asked for an emergency delivery for Propane and they refused to do it I had no money to give them they could have sent me a bill and my son was sick at the time and now he has to go to the Hospital because there is a chance he has Pneoumonia because they refused to give me a delivery and my furnace keeps kicking on and off with no Propane in it and now it will cost me alot more money to get my furnace fixed because it burned out and with my son in the hospital now because he was cold on top of the furnace having to get fixed it will cost me alot more all they had to do was deliver some propane and bill it to me and they refused it doesn't say you need to have the money right up front for emergency service so nobody ever use Back Mountain Gas Propane Company because they will never deliver the propane for emergency service and it has been in the single digits the last week and now my son is sick he was already sick to begin with and now he has to go the hospital because I have no heat in the house to keep my son warm and now my daughter there is a chance she might get sick also.
