Complaint Review: Backer Flood

Offered to do prelaunch market testing, Targeted Facebook Ads, PR Outreach, and Social Media Marketing. Didn't do any of these things, created a fake report, but collected a down payment. I got suspicious when I got onto a mailing list from the same company with 4 different names and web addresses. I asked about it, they stoped responding to calls or emails. I have no idea if the people on their sites exist, but some have linkedin profiles, likely stolen accounts. Linkedin has many data breaches. I confirmed it when I see backerflood on several rip off reports.
