Backhander.CC San Palo Brazil Charged My Credit Card Without Authorization or Making a Purchase San Paolo
On 6/24/18 Backhander.cc, supposedly located in San Paolo, Brazil illegally charged my credit card $47.12. Approximately 2 weeks prior to making the $47 charge, they "Tested" the card by charging $0.27 which they added back to the card a week later. A week after that they charged the $47.12. I disputed the charge with the credit card company, who promptly canceled the card. The fraud department indicated they were already familiar with this scam but are limited in their ability to stop these type of charges as they are hsppening.
