BacklinksVault said they would give me a 20% discount link, but after signing up it was only 10%. Then I was notified because the service was in high demand they would not honor the 20% discount. To be fair the service did work well, and I could have received a refund but was not happy to see the price increase. I spoke to Jennifer on the phone (customer support) and she was rude as well. As a consumer I know I have options/choices and just because a product works doesn't mean the support and treatment of clients can be an after thought.
