backloads.com Terrible customer experience. Beware Internet
Please stay Far away from Backloads.com. They quoted me the cheapest price for my interstate move. Which i was happy with and as usual seemed polite and friendly when getting your business. The first issue was the day that they were booked in to pick up my furniture i had taken a day off work to meet the removalist 3 hours over i decide to call them. The driver could not get there.No one called. Had to take another day off. Then i received a total bill with over 2,000 of excess from my original quote. When i called them to understand how all i received was a very rude and obnoxious manager.(Sam)
Please stay away.Moving is stressfull as it is don't make it worse.
